Fish Cakes with Shrimp and Chili

Same craftsmanship, a little more character. We take our classic fish cake made from wild-caught cod and add sustainable shrimp and a well-balanced heat from chili and lemongrass. The result is a fish cake with depth—still with that juicy center, but with an extra layer of flavor.

The chili and shrimp version is for those who love the classics but want a little more adventure on their plate. Perfect as part of a tapas spread, in a wrap with avocado and lime, or simply on its own with a tasty dip on the side.
